the hotel has a modern vibe, and the staff made every effort to ensure we felt welcomed and at home. i loved how clean and comfortable everything was, especially the beds. the shower was powerful, and the pleasant scents from the toiletries added to the overall experience. i also enjoyed the breakfast, and it was nice to have a lounge area where we could relax after exploring.
All good! only complaint: the ai radio was a bit annoying 😅.

The food for breakfast could be improved with a buffet option for more variety.

Truly enjoyed Kyoto, the hotel was recently renovated and modern in a very convenient area. I found the venue's location favourable, just next door to the metro station. Gion district was worth exploring. I had 4 good days here, would recommend the place.

The location is super convenient, just a short 5-minute stroll to the main streets for transportation. The staff were super friendly, and I loved the food at the on-site restaurant-definitely worth trying! The rooms felt fresh and well-maintained, making for a comfy base during my business trip.
The room was a bit smaller than I expected, and I wished there were more hooks for my stuff. the lack of a laundry service was a bit of a letdown. it was a good stay, but a few tweaks could make it even better!
